Role:
WordPress Developer, Graduate Research Assistant, UI/UX Design, Database Curation, Instructional Design

Project Overview
As a Research Assistant at Washington State University, I was tasked with designing and managing the Washington CEEDAR website for 2 years.
I worked closely with colleagues from over 20 educational partners in Washington to develop a website to provide teachers in Washington with knowledge mobization support.

Website Elements
The Inclusionary Resource Directory is specifically designed to support teachers in accessing resources related to inclusive practices in the education system of Washington State.
This comprehensive directory serves as a centralized hub, providing educators with a wealth of information, materials, online courses, and strategies to create inclusive and equitable learning environments for all students.

Results
The website design was well-received and recognized as an exemplary model within the CEEDAR National Network. Teachers and pre-teachers have actively utilized the website to access valuable resources, contribute their own materials, and earn educator clock hours.
Furthermore, the website has experienced significant growth, with over 200 additional resources on inclusive education being added to the platform.
