Project Overview
These dams have had a significant impact on fish populations, especially endangered species such as salmon and steelhead. The consequences extend to Native American tribes like the Nez Perce, Yakama, Umatilla, and Warm Springs, as the dams restrict their ability to exercise treaty rights and access crucial fish resources.
Software Elements
With our intuitive user interface, you can navigate through the virtual environment, exploring the dams themselves and visualizing the potential outcomes of their removal. Dive into the depths of the Snake River and witness firsthand the ecological transformations that could occur if these dams were to be taken down.

Free the Snake VR is currently in the beta stage of development, eagerly preparing for its official launch.
